By avoiding castings and opting for materials like chromolly for drive shafts and aluminum tubing for belt housing, Mud Walker ensures durability and precision in every component.
Employing their own custom-made welding fixtures, they meticulously weld their components together. Each shaft undergoes rigorous testing within its bearing housing, using a custom-made testing fixture powered by an electric motor for 30 minutes before final assembly.
